These are the lacing techniques for the shoes
1. Bar lacing.... eliminates the underlying diagonals and relieves
Pressure on the top ridge of the foot

2. Zipper lacing....this provides tension and comfort for the foot and the ankle

3. Wide foot lacing.... It gives more space to your feet..

4. High instep lacing... It provides decent support to prevent supination
From getting in the way of comfort

5. Straight tongue lacing...one can get additional grip on your shoe uppers...


Look for your comfort adjust accordingly
