The wheel pose or Urdhva Dhanurasana is a backbend that is characterized as a beginner's backbend, but it still requires building up strength and flexibility to achieve it.🧘♀️ . . I've never been a Yoga person. But I've recently started and I already have a good feeling about it :) 💫 The above pose is not perfect for sure, But it's in progress and I'm sure I'll get there soon. 💪 . . I've already mentioned that I'm not a big fan of cycling and I'm still not. But maybe now I'm starting to slowly like it. 😅 Because of my PCL injury, I've been advised to stay put and take all the rest possible. This means I have to refrain from usualy workout routines. The only workout suggested by my doctor was to go crazy on an exercise bike..And because I have no access to it, Here I am on my Btwin Riverside doing some late evening rides! 🚲
