Favorite sports is what i would term it as :
cycling , fitness , trekking and football .
My journey of all these sports started when i was doing my bachelors . As a normal teenager , was very lean around 51 kgs . People used to laugh and look at me as a retard .
Once i was around my friend who has suddenly started working out and had put on some weight too .
This made me think even i can do it .
I started at the gym working out sweating it out daily . I still remember my first one week where I would vomit or faint after the workout . This would make me feel more disgusted about myself and I continued working it .
After exactly 3 months my friends started noticing me a bit healthier and fit , motivated me more .
Started regularly working out along with football . Then later started cycling which helped me increase my endurance and most importantly made me cycle to work .
Post that was all sports but one of which i would always do it is Trekking . The time i spent on the mountains just helped me realise what can be life .
