Knee pain is a very common issue for all the athletes! Strengthening our knee is something that we never focus on! 😪
To strengthen your knee it's important that you build the muscles around the knee so that they are strong enough to support your knee by taking off some of the pressure that is being exerted on the knee. 💪
Being a runner I understand the importance of it and would recommend this 10/10 to all the atheletes out here! 🏃
